He was predeceased by: his parents, Naomi Dills, and Arthur Dills, Sr.; and his siblings, Rose Storiale and Arthur Dills Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Juanita; his daughters, Angela Noojin (Scott) and Deborah Keelen (Kenneth); his grandchildren, Michael Noojin, Jr., Ashley Noojin (Kyle), Tabatha Quiroga (Marco) and Marissa Harrison (Michael); his great grandchildren, Sophie Quiroga and Noelle Quiroga; and his sister Nancy Moore.
