He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thomas Watkins and Trula Watkins; his brother Donald Watkins of Triangle, VA.; his sons, James and Jeremy; and also, Edna and Jim Smith of Garden City, GA.. He was also cherished by four grandchildren and one great grandchild.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made to a charity of your choice.
