He is survived by: his children, Keith, David, Kathy Bradshaw and Kay McNulty; and his brother Howard. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren.

The family requests that donations in his memory be made to the Alzheimer's Assn. or the NRA.
