He is survived by: his wife Deborah Sullivan-Clark; his parents, Linda Clark-Toner and Robert Toner; his siblings, Shannon Toner (Joe Nelli), Elizabeth Toner and Kevin Toner (Cindy Wilkocz); his stepson Connor Sullivan; and his friends, Todd Felix, Casey, Sandy Frasier, Jay Parisian, Maureen Cooney-Hamiton and Tammy McCarten. He is also survived by his Side Pocket family.
