He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles M Niswander and Norma May Niswander; and his wife Bernice Ann Niswander. He is survived by: his children, Sherill Spaccio and Carl Niswander (Britney); and his grandchildren, Celeste Spaccio, Ivan Niswander and Bryanna Niswander. He is also survived by his four great grandchildren.
Which is why memorial contributions are suggested to St. Jude Children's Hospital or Moffitt Cancer Center.
