Lybarger (Melbourne, Florida), born in Burlington, Iowa, who passed away on April 6, 2019, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his son Douglas Lybarger; and his parents, Rachel Alene Lybarger (Kelly) and Wade Hampton Lybarger. He is survived by: his wife Frankie Lybarger; his daughter Deborah Miller (Mike); and his grandchildren, Bradley Miller, Christopher Miller, Caron Lybarger and Christie Lybarger.
