She is survived by: her husband Robert Groppe; her children, Brian Groppe, Maria Sanford (Todd) and Melissa Casey (John); her siblings, Robert Podeswa, Deborah Hempstead, Mary Tochtermann and Timothy Podeswa; and her grandchildren, Malia, Jack, Ryan, Hannah and William.
