He is survived by: his wife Diane Bulkley Cerny; his children, Michael Cerny (Marilyn-Joy) of St. Petersburg, David Cerny (Kris) of Pepper Pike and Mary Ellen Tyler (Dean) of St. Petersburg; his sister Connie Cordova (Steve) of Indialantic, Florida.; and his grandchildren, Drew Cerny, Matthew Cerny and Cate Cerny.

Donations can be made in Vince's name to the College of Environmental Science and Forestry - College of Environmental Science and Forestry.
