She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Sergott and Valerie Sergott; her siblings-in-law, Delbert and Barbara Chellis; and her nephew Jason Jurek.

She is survived by: her spouse Dale Chellis; her stepchild Rhona Henderson; her siblings, Terry Slater (Dixon), Paulette Jurek (Kenneth) and Roxane Kurt (Wayne); her sibling-in-law Claire Ash (Dale); her nieces and nephews, Jeff Ash, Kevin Ash (Remington), Wendy Kaus (Jayson), Jennifer Burkhalter (Timothy), Jeremy Jurek (Stephanie), Tiffany Caltagirone (Michael), Malerie James (Christopher) and Anthony Kurt (Andrea); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Benjamin, Audrey, Anna, Grant, Rachel, Lucas, Ryan, Emily, Gina, Lily, Michael and Evelyn; and her stepgrandchildren, Kyla and Dakota.
