She was predeceased by: her husband John Worobel; her parents, Peter Kowal and Alexandria Kowal; her son Jack; and her brothers, Andrew, John and Frank.

She is survived by: her son Jeffrey; her daughters-in-law, Dorie and Gina; and her grandchildren, Ryan, Jesse, Jacob and Amanda. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
