He was predeceased by: his mother Dorothy Stockdale; his stepfather William Stockdale (Barry); his father Roy F. Duke; his stepmother Barbara Duke; his sister Linda Warren; his aunts, Ruth Schanck and Shirley Hunt; his uncle Allen Duke; his nieces, Cynthia Warren and Kimberly Warren; and his nephew Trevor Stockdale (TJ).
He is survived by: his daughters, Michelle Voll and Colette Duke; his brothers, Daniel Stockdale, Roy Duke and Tom Duke; his nieces and nephews, Matthew Warren, Gary Warren and Casie Stockdale; his cousins, Gail Duke Pratt and Ellen Duke Spears (Kevin); and his children, Milena and Joe Potoczny.
