We are sad to announce that on December 1, 2023, at the age of 77, John Van Dam of Melbourne Beach, Florida, born in Flushing, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Amy, Eric and Ian (Michele); his grandsons, Merrick, Lachlan and River; and his brother-in-law Steve Ozabal (Sue).
In lieu of flowers, should friends desire, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Research Hospital or the Brevard Humane Society in his name.
