He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo Krause; his son David Krause; his daughter-in-law Michelle; his granddaughters, Maddison and Julia; his daughter Lisa Rees; his son-in-law Brian; his granddaughters, Briele and Bailey; his stepbrother Eric Krause (Celeste); his daughter Melissa; his sister-in-law Helen Caples; his nieces, DeDe, Tina, Annie and Donna; his aunt Paula Ruby; his children, Daniel, Lydia, Stephen, Chris and Shelley; and also Jack.
