He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Smith (Slansky) of Melbourne Beach, FL; his daughter Denise Walker of Indiatlatic, FL; his stepson Brian D. Smith (Debbie); his grandchildren, Danielle Rhodes (Austin) of Charlotte, NC, Justin Howard of Melbourne Beach, FL and Rachele Smith of Charlotte, NC; and also Richard "Dick" Smith (Jane).
