She was predeceased by: her sister Kathi; and her parents, Robert Schiener and Eleanor Schiener. She is survived by: her husband Rick; her children, Thomas LaClaire (Alana) and Susan Matuszak (Douglas); her grandson Cameron Matuszak; and her siblings, Diane Battaglia (Andrew), John Schiener (Denise) and Eric Schiener (Tiffany). She is also survived by many friends and relatives.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked for donations to be made to the American Cancer Society.
