He was predeceased by: his wife Teresa Beatrice Welch; his parents, Claude Welch and Farabelle Welch; and his siblings, Olivia Magness, Eunice Browning, Fred Welch and Tommy Welch.
He is survived by: his children, Nancy Brook (Joe) of McDavid and Gregory Welch (Gwen) of Cantonment; his grandchildren, Matthew Brook (Connie) and Jessica Welch of Monroe, LA.; his great grandchildren, Taylor, Kylie, Gracen Brook and River Welch; his sister Ruth McNeil of Crestview; and his sister-in-law Carolyn Milligan (Wayne) of Cantonment. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
