He was predeceased by: his parent Jesse David "JD" Rigby (Erma Smith). He is survived by: his wife Suzanne M Rigby of Backwoods; his sons, Stephen Bryant Rigby (Sam) of Backwoods and Adam Rigby (April) of Keego, Alabama; his siblings, Jesse Rigby of Pensacola, Florida and Jackie Darby (Billy) of Oak Grove, Florida; his grandchildren, Grady Rigby (Talita), Cooper Rigby, Layla Kate Rigby and Clark Rigby; his great grandchild Elaina Rigby; and his cousin Judy.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Petty Funeral Homes (9260 US-31, Atmore, AL 36502). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
