He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Hicks and Edna Bush Hicks; and his wife Kathryn Abramovich Hicks. He is survived by: his children, Rhonda H. Bruley (Brian) and Edward J. Hicks (Valerie); and his sister Linda H. Perry. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren.
