In the vast expanse of eternity, Milton shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Milton farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He is survived by: his mother Gloria M. Davis (Mark) of Mars Hill, NC; the mother of his children Casey Phelps of Mayo, FL; and his sons, Austin Phelps of Mayo, FL, Bryce Phelps of Mayo, FL and Scott Phelps (April) of Albany, GA..
A graveside service was held on Thursday, September 12th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the New Hope Baptist Church.
