She is survived by: her daughters, Paula Howard-Smith of Live Oak, FL and Julie DeGarmo of Plant City, FL; and her siblings, Tim Hurst, Richard Hurst, Ted Hurst, Norma Linton, Edith Martin and Pattie Bombard. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
