He is survived by: his grandchildren, White Pike', Perfect Wager' and Justin Case Band'; his wife Donna Kirby; his children, Ashley Kirby and Nick Kirby; his stepsons, Austin Moody and Christian Moody (Bree); his children, Christa Ostendorf, Mason Summerlin and Mitchell Summerlin; his siblings, Pauline Woodham, Wenda Gail Boise, Laverne Barfuss and Mason Kirby; his grandchildren, Skylar, Ayden, Haley and Graylin; and his close friend Marci Douglas.
