She was predeceased by: her parents, Barney Pasco Revels and Josephine Long Pendarvis; her husband Jerry Mathieu; her children, Gordon Cook Sr., Bill Cook and Brenda Tyson; and her siblings, Tracy Pendarvis, Kathleen Sullivan and Lois White.
She is survived by: her daughters, Tammy Cook (Mike) of Cross City and Vicki Miller (Jon) of Suwannee, FL; and her sister Jo Allie Downing (Junius) of Cross City. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
