"Hank" Forbes Jr. of Lake City; her sisters, Beatrice Davis (Larry) of Daytona Beach, Gladys Kilgore (Neil Hostnick) of Crawfordville and Kathy Galloway (Lin) of Spring Creek; her close friend Donna Hicks of Jacksonville; her significant other Hawke M. T. Forbes (Kelsey Strickland) of Macclenny; her granddaughters, Amy Hume of Tallahassee and Jillian Hill of McDonough, Georgia; her daughter-in-law Dana Richards Forbes of Macclenny; and her sister-in-law Maxine Smith of Spring Creek. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
