With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edna Buchanan of Mayo, Florida, who passed away on February 22, 2021 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Edwards and Ouida Edwards; her former husband Harvey 'Lavere Buchanan Sr.; her brothers, Robert and Kenneth Edwards; her grandson Aaron Buchanan; and her great grandchild Brooklyn Buchanan.
She is survived by: her husband Lavere'; her children, Bruce Buchanan of Mayo, Donna Hurst (Kevin) of Indian Trail, NC, Harvey Lavere Buchanan Jr. (Sandra) of Tallahassee, FL and Tina Singletary (John) of Mayo; and her grandchildren, Travis Buchanan, Jeremy Hurst, Justin Hurst, Greg Buchanan, Alex Buchanan, Hannah Buchanan, Nick Singletary, Bree Singletary and Josh Singletary. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
