He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Shaw and Edna Raulerson Shaw; his wife Helen Odom Shaw; and his siblings, Gary Shaw, Wyatt Shaw, Elaine Lancaster Demetria Hewitt and Malinda Morgan.
He is survived by: his children, Mike Shaw (Freda), Pam Ward (Fred) and Robin Smith (Randy); his grandchildren, Keith, Kyle Shaw (Darby), Keri Dykes (Tyler), Kody Shaw (Madison), Phillip Ward (Heather), Jill Bowdoin (Zeb), Samantha Chamberlain (Joey) and Cameron Smith (Alyssa); his great grandchildren, Michaela Kandzer (Jerrett), Kaypers, Tucker, Emerson Shaw, Ellery, Ethan Dykes, Wade, Worth Shaw, Davis, Ayla Ward, Noah, Beau, Myles, Amelia Bowdoin, Madison, Bria, Abigail Chamberlain and Sawyer Smith; his great great grandchild Caroline Kandzer; and his sisters, Freida Chesser and Gail Henderson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Alton Church of God (2365 US-27, Mayo, FL 32066). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
