She was predeceased by: her mother Evelyn Bridges; her son Scott Hinthorne; and her brother Tim Kiesewetter. She is survived by: her spouse James Hinthorne; her sons, Chad Hinthorne and Kurt Hinthorne; her grandchildren, Jessica Hinthorne, Parker Hinthorne, Austin Hinthorne and Gary Weitzel; and her siblings, Susan Buehler and Donald Brunson.
