She was predeceased by: her parents, Waver Griffis and Addie Spivey Griffis; her husband Joseph Charles Hillard; her son Jerry Hillard; and her brothers, Freddie and Gerald Griffis.
She is survived by: her children, Bryan Hillard of Branford and Amanda Hillard of Lake City, FL; her grandchildren, Caleb and Oslynn Bundick; her sister Penny Williams; her brothers-in-law, Darwin Hillard (Georgette) and Herb Hillard (Carolyn); and her nieces, Rebecca Odom (Brett) and Kimberly Taylor (Chris). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Joe P. Burns Funeral Home - Mayo (440 SW Monroe Ave, Mayo, FL 32066). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Oak Grove Cemetery.
