He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Kloiber and Lora Kloiber; his wife Virginia Kloiber of Matlacha, FL; his children, Karen Kloiber (Norman Hayes) of Richmond, VA, Barbara McWilliams (Michael) of Dallas, TX, Frank Kloiber (Kathleen) of Mountain Home, AR and Kristine Blommel (Joseph) of Milwaukee, WI; his grandchildren, Chelsea (Ryan), Crystal (Kyle), Christopher (Ashleigh), Kayla, Joseph (Jenna), Jay and Nicholas; and his great grandchildren, Gavin and Kensington.
