He was predeceased by: his parents, John Knight Pitcher and Helen Harwood Fox Pitcher; and his brother Robert "Robbie" Harwood Pitcher. He is survived by: his sister Alice Pitcher (Tom Dott); his daughter Julie Clark (Eric Clark); and his grandsons, Noah, Malcolm and Harrison Clark.
