He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Peltier, Sr. and Marion Eva Peltier (Cady). He is survived by: his children, Robert J. Peltier, Jr. (Erika) of Coventry, Karen L. Mulligan of Fort Lauderdale, FL, Kathy A. Mitchell of North Kingstown and Kristine M. Peltier (Elmer R. Potter) of Johnston; his siblings, Joseph Peltier, Jr. (Carolyn) of Coventry and Annette Perretta (Frank) of Clearmont, FL; and his granddaughters, Jennifer Mitchell and Sabrina Peltier.
