He was predeceased by: his parents, Alex Fay and Lydia Fay; his son Michael W. Fay; and his granddaughter Kandace Fay. He is survived by: his wife Judy Fay; his daughter Shawna Willis of Chesapeake, VA; his stepson Eric Rupp (Tracy) of Mascotte, FL; his daughter Theresa Fay of Rocky Top, TN; his daughter-in-law Annie Fay of Mascotte, FL; and his grandchildren, Kerry Wilson, Stephen Willis (Jenna), Christopher Willis, Travis McGlon, Matthew Willis (Jennifer), Danielle Fay, Blaze Fay, Thorne Fay and Scott Glick. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
