He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Hamm and Ethel Hamm; and his sister Geneva Hamm. He is survived by: his wife Emma Webster; his children, Lawrence Williams (Bonita) of Glen Carbon, Micah Williams of Belleville, Tiffany Mobley (Reginald) of Fort Walton Beach and Alicia Hamm of Mary Esther, Florida; his sisters, Ethel Green of Cahokia Heights and Lavera Hamm of Madison, Illinois; and his grandchildren, Tiana, Tamia Mobley, Nyejean Hamilton, Lawrisha, Lawrence Williams, Jr., Ariel and Jaylen Williams. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
