She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Barber and Mary Nadine Garison; her grandmother Ruby Adams; her siblings, Susan Diane Cionteas, Deidra Barber Lowery and Scotty Barber; and her grandson Jackson Riley Bollier.
She is survived by: her children, Dennis "Denny" Blankenship, Christopher "Chris" Michael Blankenship (Kelly) and Twilla Renee Blankenship; her siblings, Andrew "Andy" Barber, Randy Barber, Bobby Barber and Vicki Tosh Beck; and her grandchildren, Taylor Dewayne Pierce, Cody Ryan Bollier, Garrett Alexander Blankenship, Faith Ashlyn Blankenship Winborn, Kassandra Diane Blankenship, Zachary "Zach" Michael Blankenship and Marissa Katelynn Blankenship.
