He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Lane and Violet Lane; his siblings, Walter, Russell Lane, Laveda Mills, Peggy Wright and Patsy Blew; his daughter Janice Hendrix; his great grandchild Noah Rhoades; and his son-in-law William Chambers (Billy).
He is survived by: his daughter Nancy Chambers of Greenwood; his son-in-law Paul Hendrix (Marsha) of Kokomo, Indiana.; his grandchildren, Mary Catherine Rhoades (Erin) of Marion, Hillary Pirtle (Phillip) of Indianapolis, Gretchen Zientek (Jeremy) of Westfield, Holly Hershberger (Mark) of Greenwood and Wesley Hendrix (Kim) of Laguna Niguel, California.; his great grandchildren, Quinn Rhoades, Eliza, Elaina, Emilia Zientek, Harper Hendrix, Andrew and Logan Pirtle; and his half-siblings, Ivan Lane of California and Suzan Lane Farris of McCalaster.
