She was predeceased by: her husband Roy Labonte; her mother Aline Ricketts; and her siblings, James Ricketts, Judy Shaw and Yvonne Brooks.

She is survived by: her children, Marcus (Keryl), Anthony (Lisa) and Deborah; and her grandchildren, Bradley, Dominique, James, Daniela and Andres.
