She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Gillespie and Helen Gillespie (Hester) of Empire; and her sister Pamela Linn. She is survived by: her sister Joyce Pettie of Tennessee; her children, Donald Kestner (Carmen), Jeffery Kestner (Jennifer) and Kimberly Bushey (Michael); and her grandchildren, Katelin, Ashleigh, Trevor, Sarah and Kameron. She is also survived by her children and grandchildren.
