He is survived by: his wife Jeannie Spangler of Mary Esther, FL; his sons, David Spangler (Fran) of Fayetteville, NC and Michael Spangler (Stephanie) of Fredericksburg, VA; and his grandchildren, Sarah, Rebecca and Lochlyn Spangler.
