He is survived by: his wife Cela Vellines; his children, Charles Edward (Karen) and Virginia Anne Hebert (Doug); his grandson Keoni Herbert of Oahu; and his stepdaughter Lori Wenrich (Dirk) of Crestview. He is also survived by 19 step grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
