Wallace left this world on January 9, 2025 at the age of 70, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Russ and Joyce Tanner Russ; his son Wallace Eugene Russ Sr.; and his granddaughter Kimora Russ. He is survived by: his daughters, Angeline Russ of Jacksonville, FL and Letitia Russ of Jacksonville, FL; his grandchildren, Kiara, NuQuan, Kamaria, Niyana, Tadaizha and Fatonio; and his sisters, Emma Brooks of Panama City, FL and Shirley Merritt of Cottondale, FL. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and caring friends.
Viewing was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Peoples Funeral Home Chapel. A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
