She is survived by: her husband John David Adams; her children, Sheila Booth (Robert) and John Micheal Adams; her grandchildren, Ashlee Walker (Aaron), Brandon Booth (Suzanna), Traice Adams (Kenna) and Wyatt Adams; her great grandchildren, Madi, Emma Walker, Aevan, Addy, Judd Booth and Marshall Adams; and her siblings, Al Smith (Kathy), Tim Smith (Edna) and Lydia Tyburski (Dave). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
