He was predeceased by: his parents, Amador Nieto Silva and Gregoria Baldovinos Gudiño; his wife Amelia Hernandez Martinez; and his daughter Laura Nieto. He is survived by: his children, Miguel, J. Jesus, Maria Guadalupe, Bertha, Ignacio, Toribio, Amador, Gregoria and Cruz. He is also survived by 54 grandchildren, 64 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews.
