He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruby Hathaway and Johnny Hathaway; and his uncle Lewis Brooks. He is survived by: his wife Martha Sarah Hathaway of Marianna, FL; his son Ronald Williams (Virginia) of Marianna, FL; and his siblings, Henry Lamar of James Tirrell, Ronnie Hathaway (Ginger) of Hosford, FL, Johnny "Sevell" Hathaway (Doris) of Waycross, GA and Cindy Sapp (Doyle) of Maryville, TN.. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Flowers will be accepted, or if desired, memorial contributions may be made to the family to assist with funeral expenses.
