He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie T. Joiner and Marie Joiner; his wife Rachel Joiner; his siblings, Carolyn Mayo and Tommy Joiner; and his nephews, Ricky Russell and Andy Bragg.
He is survived by: his children, Steve Joiner (Cindy) of Chipley, FL, Scott Joiner (Kim) of Chipley, FL and Stacey Joiner; the mother of his children Betty Sue Harris Joiner of Chipley, FL; his siblings, Bobby Joe Joiner (Rhonda) of Orlando, FL, Barbara Pumphrey (Ray) of Marianna, FL, Betty Sue Bragg of Marianna, FL and Shirley Gill (George) of Mexico Beach, FL; his grandchildren, Tosha Johnson (Richard), Crystal Joiner, Megan Marshall (Scott), Matt Joiner and Shelby Joiner; his great grandchildren, Tony Futch, Trent Futch, Allie Futch, Cadence Marshall and Whitton Marshall; and his pet Boo. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Marianna Chapel Funeral Home (3960 W Lafayette St, Marianna, FL 32446). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
