He was predeceased by: his parents, JB Rabon and Jean Rabon; his son Kellee Rabon; and his siblings, Michael Rabon and Sandra Vickson.

He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Rabon; his children, Jennifer Tipton (Shane) and Julian "Bubba" Rabon, Jr.; his grandchildren, Jade, Veda Tipton, Bradley, Nicoals and Isiah Rabon; his siblings, Rodney Rabon and Lori York (Tracy); his parents-in-law, Rodger, Debbie Cook and Sue Watts; and his pet Gunner.
