It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jim Richardson of Marianna, Florida, who passed away on January 13, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney W. Richardson and Ethel Armstrong Richardson; his sister Eunice Starling of Abbeville; and his former wife Ann Basford Richardson of Marianna. He is survived by: his wife Carol Smith Richardson of Marianna, FL; his children, Spring Southwell (Bryant) of Bascom, FL and Ashley Richardson (Wendy) of Ft. Wayne, IN; his grandchildren, Devon Braswell (Keaton) of Bascom, FL, Jarrod of Bascom, FL, Kelsea Southwell of Bascom, FL, Ryan and Andrew Richardson of Defiance, OH; his siblings, Dorothy Kist of Ft Payne, AL, James Richardson (Patricia) of Abbeville, AL and Joe Richardson (Linda) of Notasulga, AL; his nephews, Kevin Smith (Narda) and Steve Smith; and his great-nephew Mason Smith of McDonough, GA..
