He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas S. Bowling and Mattie A Bowling. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Bowling; his son James Bowling, Jr.; his granddaughter Brooke Bowling; and his siblings, Alene Crosby, Maryann Hill, Zelna Metcalf, Janice Brown, George Bowling, Frank Bowling and Russell Bowling.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Calendar James and Sikes Funeral Home - Maddox Chapel (4278 Lafayette St, Marianna, FL 32446).
