He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace James and Virginia Price James; his son James Lee Price Jr.; and his siblings, Horace Lee Price Jr., Tom Price, Ethel Mae Miller and Barbara Jean Cauley.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Price of Marianna, FL; his sons, Raymond Price (Penny) of Marianna, FL and Chris Price (Pearl) of Marianna, FL; his brothers, Charles Price (Brenda) of Marianna, FL and Richard Price of Kinston, NC; his grandchildren, Miriam, Sharon Lea, Makayla Ashton, Loretta, Shorty, Ashley and Clayton; his great grandchildren, Harper, Indigo and Elizabeth; and his great great grandchild Zaiden.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Damascus Freewill Baptist Church. A funeral service was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
