He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Earl Baker and Elizabeth Matilda Baker; his daughter Patricia Ellen Baker; and his siblings, Ann Spivey, Otis Baker and Harvey Baker.
He is survived by: his wife Erlene Annette Baker; his daughter Barbara Ann Harvell; his son-in-law Joel Harvell; and his sister Brenda Diane Ard. He is also survived by five nieces, three nephews, and three grandchildren.
