We are sad to announce that on November 29, 2024, at the age of 77, James Arthur Baxley of Marianna, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James W. Baxley and Mary A. Carmichael; his siblings, Ralph E. Baxley, Shirley F. Hamilton and Margie M. Rogers; and his daughter Rhonda D. Baxley.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Elizabeth; and his children, Joshua Tanner Baxley, James Dewayne Baxley (Jennifer), Michael Wade Baxley (Stacey), Lori Denise Gable (Randall), Donna Wise, Ricky Lynn Kelly and Maranda Derr. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Calendar James and Sikes Funeral Home - Maddox Chapel (4278 Lafayette St, Marianna, FL 32446). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
