James Adams Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James Adams of Marianna, Florida, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 13, 2025 at the age of 82. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of James Adams to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Landis Adams and Annette Adams. He is survived by: his wife Sheila Harrell Adams; his children, Jeannie Johnson (Matthew) and Landis Adams (Suzanne); his grandchildren, Mary Sue Woodruff (Joe), Sara Kate Chaffer (Joel), Caroline Dean (Joshua), Luke Johnson and Harper Johnson; his great grandchildren, Stella, Hattie Mae, Magnolia, Simon and Thomas; his brother Powell Adams (Amy); and his siblings-in-law, Jimmie Lundgren, Susan Attwood, Ted Harrell (Suzanne), G. W. Harrell (Hope) and Rick Harrell (Linda Lee). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends and family.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Grace Methodist Church (4203 Kelson Ave, Marianna, FL 32446). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
